bamboo build tab is missing in Jira (application link issue)

We have created application link between bamboo(5.5) and Jira(6.2). However, the build tab is missing now. The tab seems to appear intermittently, but has disappeared for a while now. JIRA and Bamboo make SSL connection and the configuration seems fine. There are no error regarding certificates in the log. Please suggest if there is any way to fix this issue.

Same issue here.

Running JIRA v6.3.14 and BAMBOO v5.7.1

Same issue i am also facing... dont know what to do.

 

If connection is broken this tab appears if connection is proper it disappears
