Upgrading from version 3.0.3 to version 4.2.0 exception when importing

An exception is raised when importing an export from version 4.2.0 into version 3.0.3.

The file in question is present before the import process commenced. Bamboo is running with administrator privileges on a Windows Server 2008 machine.

Not that it is a current issue however it was not resolved at the time. The import function was not used during the upgrade.
