I'm testing upgrading bamboo standalone from 5.9.2 to 5.10.0.
http works, but https looks like css failed to load.
I don't see any obvious errors in the tomcat or Atlassian logs.
https worked for 5.9.2
As a test, I installed a fresh 5.10.0, confirmed that http works, then I enabled ssl (conf/server.xml, uncomment 8443 connector). Same https behavior, page looks like text, as though css didn't load.
Running on Redhat 6.3 (I tried on a 6.7 machine, same behavior).
java version "1.8.0_25"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_25-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.25-b02, mixed mode)

Restart Bamboo and see if it works.
