rest api for managing quarantined tests

Just wondering if anyone knows if there exists a REST api that can be used to quarantine a test result or to unleash a quarantined test result ?

I took a look at the API Docs and see the following:

/plan/{projectKey}-{buildKey}/test/{testId}/quarantine

/plan/{projectKey}-{buildKey}/test/{testId}/unleash
