Hi,
I'm installing a runner on my local machine (linux) and I get a 404 error when I run this command: docker image pull docker-public.packages.atlassian.com/sox/atlassian/bitbucket-pipelines-runner:1
Maybe have I to open a port? or is It this command obsolete?
I'm following this tutorial: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-up-and-use-runners-for-linux/
Thanks in advance!!
G'Day!
The commands you share is used to start a runner that has been installed when you need to update or reboot your machine, so can you confirm with me have you installed the runner by adding it following the guide below:
If yes, and you are unable to start the runner then the issue might be your firewall not allowing the connection. You can check our guide below on the list of IPs to whitelist:
I hope this helps,
Cheers,
Syahrul
