Hi, All.

My dev team sent me a link to BitBucket as I want to preserve the code for an app they developed for me. Problem is, I cannot seem to find, let alone access, my product.

Can anyone please walk me, a content developer, not a coder, through this?

A million thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure what you are asking for here.  Someone has sent you a link to Bitbucket, presumably so you can look at some of their code.

If you open the link, you'll see the code.  You may need to log in, when the repository is not open to anonymous access.

But that's it, there's nothing more we can tell you really.

"I cannot seem to find my product" just says that you're looking in the wrong place, or that the people who sent you the link have not published you product there.

And "can anyone walk me through this" is a perfectly good request, but you haven't told us what exactly you want to be walked through.
