Adding a External Contributors in BitBucket

Hi Team

We have the following Scenario to implement during My GitHub Cloud Migration to Bitbucket Project.

There are few repositories in GitHub which have external contributors who are outside of our organization. They use their personal email address to create and change the code in the repository.

Few teams want to have the similar functionality in Bitbucket. Due to security reasons, we dont allow anyone with out Active Directory account to access the Bitbucket.

Can you guys suggest any process to incorporate to allow external contributors to access and contribute the code repositories in Bitbucket
