BitBucket Alias email - unconfirmed

I never receive the email to confirm the alias I have added to email aliases in bitbucket..

What am I doing wrong? or an I looking in the incorrect email to verify?

Hi Jethro,

to what kind of email aliases are you referring? Are you referring to the email alias described on this page? Or to the username alias described on this other page? The first one should receive a confirmation email, the second one shouldn't.

If you're referring to the first one and are still not getting the confirmation, make sure to check the spam folder of your email alias' inbox. If it's not there, it's possible that it got stuck in our mail system. In that case, we'll need to open a Support ticket so you can tell us which email address you added as an alias, and we can check if there was any problem with it.
