We run Bitbucket Server Data Center on an Oracle database and reviewing both the source code https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlassian-bitbucket-diy-backup and the documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/using-bitbucket-server-diy-backup-776640056.html it appears Oracle might be supported. It appears there is an option of 'rds' but if you look at the bash code, it only supports mysql, postgressql, and mssql. Does the DIY work with Oracle?
Secondly, will the DIY script lock all Bitbucket nodes in Data Center edition?
I need to run a Zero downtime backup.
We run oracle 11.2.0.1.0 and looking at the scripts there is
not an Oracle database-oracle.sh
Please community I need support with this.
I am experiencing the same issue , has anyone ever successfully restored stash or Bitbucket using the restore script and an external oracle database?
