Bitbucket Notification by mail for commit happening to repository in a project other than watch opti

Apart watch option is there any other was to manage mail notifications for commits happening?

Because list of projects and there are different users set who needs to monitor this activities hence can we manager with some script for getting notification for commits happening to repository in the project.
