Can I create custom git merge driver in Bitbucket Cloud?

I would like to always ignore a configuration file that I want to keep track of in git but I need it to be different in my develop branch and my master branch for testing when I deploy. I would like to use git merge drivers in conjunction with .gitattribute. Can I do this on Bitbucket Cloud
