Connect with Bitbucket DB in Plugin

Hello

How can I connect with the Bitbucket Database and get Data from there? I am developing a Bitbucket Plugin that monitors some Data. I need to get the Add-on names and their licence expiration date. I don't think it is Possible with the Bitbucket Java API(correct me if i'm wrong).
