DVCS connection when both Jira and Github are behind SAML

We are having a difficult time getting the DVCS connection to work when both JIRA and GitHub are behind SAML authentication protocols.  It seems the initial handshake is fine, but upon CallBack we are being pushed out and going to some obscure login page.

Has anyone else had issues with the DVCS connector when both JIRA and GitHub are behind SAML?
