Get java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space at startup

Java 8

I get this error at startup.

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

This is an OOB install of Bitbucket.

I have tried increasing the various env variables I found in the

batch files but nothing works. I have 13g available at startup.

I want to upload a user defined plugin, but get this error as well.

Any ideas
