Does excluded file options work for anyone?

We have tried several ways to hide package-lock.json from pull requests diff view and such file is still appearing, does it work for any one?

I assume you've read the documentation.

Can you check that all reviewers have the new pull request experience turned on in Bitbucket Labs?

If files aren't excluded in the new pull request experience you might want to reach out to Support with more details.
