Hot to restrict use of rerun in pipeline

I want to restrict the use of rerun in pipeline.

We need this because we have 2 teams, developers and operations. We have continous deploy to production, only operations team can merge to the production branch. But any user (including developers) can click an old commit of production and rerun and that will triggers an installation of an old software. Wich will be fatal.

Currently Pipelines does not have a per-branch restriction on rerun triggers.

We have a related feature request you can follow here: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/13676/ability-to-restrict-who-can-run-deployment

You can add your use case there to help our PMs prioritise the feature.
