How can I push from TortoiseHg?

I am attempting to puhs my existing Hg repository to bitbucket.  Using the online instructions I ran (Win 10):

Is this telling me that BB can't run TortoisePlink?

Notice that the error message doesn't include the expected backslash between TortoiseHg and TortoisePlink.
