How to clone a repository with Gitforwindows

I'm trying to clone my repository localy on my windows 10.
When I download and install sourcetree, some errors happen.
So I download and install Git for windows. 
Now I try to clone my repository with the Git bash client and this error happen

fatal: unable to access 'https://zepre@bitbucket.org/zepre/example.git/': Could not resolve host: bitbucket.org
