How to refresh/renew personal access tokens for Bitbucket server?

How do I refresh/renew personal access tokens for Bitbucket server via REST, script or terminal commands? 

There are many replies and suggestions for Bitbucket cloud, but I'm unable to find any for server/DC.  Does anyone know how?

Similarly, is there a way to revoke expired tokens via script?

The point is to automate the entire renew and revoke personal access token process.
