Installing Stash on windows server doesn't work?

I have tried putting stash on my Fisheye/Crucible server.

I have followed the Windows Installation instructions.

I know Java works because Fisheye & Crucible is working. And git is working because Fisheye is indexing github.

I've set my Stash environment variable in both the Windows settings and the setenv.bat file

But when I run start-stash.bat I get the message saying starting stash. Login to http://localhost:7990

But when I try and browse that, I get Chrome could not connect standard error page.

So apparently my JAVA_HOME environment setting wasn't compatible with Stash.

It appears sometimes this needs to be d:\java\jdkx.x.x\bin and sometimes just d:\java\jdkx.x.x
