Migrate from Windows to Linux with Backup Client

We are currently running out bitbucjet server on a windows server. We want to migrate it to a Linux server. I have Bitbucjet server 4.14 running on both. I have installed the backup client on the windows server and run it successfully. Does anyone have any steps/tips on how to run the restore on the Linux server?
