Missing application links post upgrade

Hello Bitbucket/Bamboo admins,

Just upgraded from Stash-3.9.x to Bitbucket-4.7.1.

Upgrade was successful. However post upgrade, Applications links for new Bitbucket missing from Bamboo. Unable to create a new application link in Bamboo as it says application link already present, but they are definitely not visible in the list. so what am I missing.

Bitbucket 4.7.1, 

Bamboo 5.9.x, 

JIRA 6.2.x

I suspect that you may be running into the issue described in detail at Cannot retrieve link and provider entity when creating Application Link. This is caused by changes in the newer version of Tomcat being used by Bitbucket Server and a bug in older versions of JIRA and Bamboo. Give the workaround in the link above a try and let me know how it goes.

Thanks Jeff - I was literally looking into that very same link as your message popped up. Guess I might be on the right path afterall. Will give the method a go and let you know how I get on.
