Does online hosted version of Fisheye and Crucible work with github?

Anil Pillai November 17, 2012

Howdy,

We are using your hosted version of Jira, Fisheye and Crucible @ $30/month. We havent used Fisheye and Crucible yet, and was exploring it.

However it is EXTREMELY confusing to know if the hosted version of Fisheye and Crucible supports github? I spent around around 30 min and am getting all kinds of conflicting results in your confluence and support system.

I hope to hear you guys support it now, and if so Id really appreciate if you could send me a link on how to integrate and start using your hosted version of Crucible/Fisheye with the hosted github

Thanks

Anil

Hi Anil.

Actually the FishEye/Crucible hosted version does not support connecting to a github repo. But the JIRA hosted version does: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Linking+a+Bitbucket+or+GitHub+repository+with+JIRA+OnDemand

Just fyi - the Standalone FishEye/Crucible can connect to any git repository: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Git

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
