How do you find orphaned repositories in Stash?

Here is the scenario. I, the administrator, create a user. The user logs in and creates some repositories and only gives himself/herself access to said repositories.

The user is now fired and the administrator (actually the LDAP synchronization task) removes the user from Stash. How does the administrator find all of the repositories that the user created?

When I run this test, the repositories just seem to disappear. I have to know the names of the repositories to search for them and then I can add a new owner or delete them.

I work for a large organization and this scenario could lead to many orphaned repositories, because the administrator is not privy to every employee departure and certainly would not know what repositories were created by the user.

Thanks for raising this. We've created an issue to address that specifically which ties back to a better proposition for managing Stash repos in Stash.

Please refer to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-7265 for workaround on how to obtain a list of orphaned repositories as well as how to remove them using the Stash UI. Please feel free to add yourselves to the watchlist and leave comments .

I've got a similar concern. We currently have ~200 devs on Stash and will be scaling up ultimately to ~1000. I'm worried about two things:

1. Orphaned repos from devs that leave.
2. Devs that are consuming too much disk space with personal repos.

I know I have orphaned repositories from failed repo creations in Stash.... I'd like to know this as well.
