That's something we need as well. We'd like to have an opportunity to export code reviews activity as reports so we could keep them in our document tracking system in-house.

There are several available options.
If you would like to track code review metrics in Bitbucket directly, you can use the Contributions report available with our app Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket. With this report, you can see how many comments developers make as part of the review process, how many comments they receive in their own work, or what statuses they set as reviewers.
If you are looking to track code review metrics somewhere outside of Bitbucket, it is possible to do it in places like Confluence. For example, here is a tutorial on setting up a pull request review time report.
