Hi guys,
when i'm trying to install Jenkins Trigger Builds Remotely Plugin in my bitbucket-server , showing me this error "This add-on couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled."
i also checked all logs in log folder there is no log about this error, my Bitbucket version is 4.6.0.
any solution?!
Thanks.
Hi Naeim,
Can you please check the timeout settings on the startup script
I believe that some system plugins on your instance are not being loaded due to a timeout on Bitbucket startup.
Thanks
Vishnu
Hi Vishnu,
Thanks for your quick respond , but where i can find this setting, and what should i do with this?!, should i change any setting?
Also when i run start-bitbucket.sh or atlbitbucket script showing me this error:
"runuser: warning: cannot change directory to /home/atlbitbucket: No such file or directory
Elasticsearch bundled with Atlassian Bitbucket started successfully
To run Bitbucket in the foreground, start the server with start-bitbucket.sh -fg
Starting Atlassian Bitbucket as dedicated user atlbitbucket
runuser: warning: cannot change directory to /home/atlbitbucket: No such file or directory
BITBUCKET_HOME set to /var/atlassian/application-data/bitbucket"
But showing success at the end.
Thanks.

Hi Naeim,
Can you check if the users which is starting the Bitbucket has home directory?
you can check trying to sudo as the user and check if the home directory mounts
Thanks
Vishnu
