500 error when accessing repository

I have created a project with name Project. I have created a repository called Repo. When I click the link to view the repo, I get a 500 error which asks me to speak to the system administrator - which is me. Within the error section within the administrator settings, there are no error related to this issue. 

How can I go about finding the issue?

I have had a look in the log file and it talks about a database table not existing. How could this be possible? Is there a way for Bitbucket to scan the database and make sure everything is there and if not, resolve the issue itself? I'll paste below some of the log.

Hi @Josh Murray

I've looked thru the log that you've provided, the issue seems to be related to the JDBC connector, could you verify the version JDBC connector version that you are using as I believe this might be relevant to ActiveObjects fails to detect existing tables or create tables with MySQL JDBC Connector 8.0.11 bug report.

Do attempt the workaround provide if the bug applies to the issue that you are facing on Bitbucket Server.
