Can I limit Pipeline billing so it won't auto charge me?

I am on a non-free plan and I can see that if i use >500 minutes of Pipeline usage Atlassian will gladly charge me $10 / 1000 minutes extra. There doesn't appear to be a way to disable this 'auto-charge' feature, is that the case?

I'd like to leave it at 500 minutes per my bill and not have it charge me more if someone happens to use all of that.

Hello Paul!

Per our Documentation "Plans and Billing" https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/plans-and-billing-224395568.html] there is no way to disable the "auto-charge" feature. If you don't want to be charged, your best bet would be to not add a credit card since you are on a Free plan. 

Just so you know - If you're paying for extra storage and minutes with the Free plan and want to stop, you'll see Stop paying for storage and minutes.

Thanks Dany. It's disappointing that I can't add a hard spend limit to prevent an incremental bill.

I am on a non-free plan and I would like to have the credit card on file so that I do not need to manually pay each month.

And I would like to be able to opt out of the automatic charges for additional build minutes.

@DanyGWas this changed? In the linked docs there is

> The Standard and Premium plans include overage protection for build minutes and large file storage for all users in your workspace. 

> If you use go over your build minutes, we'll automatically add more minutes for the current month.1 When your next billing cycle begins your build minute usage will reset, and you won't be billed the additional charge (unless you go over again).

Is it some kind of limiter? (the wording is a bit confusing to be honest)
