Can the client be notified only if the issue is done/completed/resolved?

The client want to get notified by email only IF , the issue is closed/done/completed/resolved/fixed and tested. She does not want to be notified for any other status change.

Hi @Yi Voon Phan,

In Project Settings -> Notifications page, you can customize the notifications that customers get. (Ex: exclude reporter from many of the nofitications)

Another option (more customized) is that;

  • Create a new event from System -> Events
  • Add a new template ex: "Issue Transitioned Customer"
  • Go to Project Settings -> Notifications page and add the customer to be notified for new event.
  • Go to the workflow -> related transitions (where you want to notify ) -> postfunctions. Than change the event to the new one.
