How to Enabling automatic fork syncing?

Enabling automatic fork syncing seems not available in Bitbucket Cloud.

Or is it with another plan or somekind of setting in the upstream repository?

That option is not available in Bitbucket Cloud. We have a Feature request for that and you can find it at Automatic fork syncing. You can vote for it to increase it's popularity, write a comment or add yourself as a watcher to be updated of further notifications.

Seems, in 2022 also , it is still open issue.. Any idea, when we can see this feature.
