Is it possible to approve a pull request even if user does not have e-mail address associate?

I would like to know if is it possible to approve a pull request even if user does not have e-mail address associate?
This scenario occurred because no e-mail address was included on LDAP.

Hi Luis! Approving shouldn't be an issue, however for merging a pull request you definitely need to have an email address associated to the user.
