Is there a way we can migrate pull requests from bitbucket server to bitbucket cloud?

Hey Rakesh,

Unfortunately it is not possible at this time. I found BSERV-4586 that looks similar to what you need. Feel free to watch, comment and vote on this issue.

I'm sorry, this feature request is to migrate between server instances of Bitbucket, not Cloud.
