Pull requests not visible

As we have migrated Bitbucket server from one server to another server, Once this activity done successfully we checked that the last 20 days pull requests are visible.

Anyone has gone through this issue??

Thanks for your response.

What happen here is ...the previous server has some issue and all files went into read file system so we can not able to do on this server...we have taken the database dump backup and copied the BItbucket_Home dir and copy this Home dir to new server and created new database and restored the dump backup into it.

installed same bitbucket server version on this new server and point out  the BItbucket_Home dir location to copied path.
