Why all users groups are added to a new created repository?

When I create a new repository, all groups are automatically added and authorised to access it. I then spend time to delete them and leave only the correct ones, but the users in the groups I deleted then receive an email notification that they are being deleted from a repository. How to solve this issue?

Have you created the repository while you are staying in a group ?
If you do that then repository create page will automatically select that group as the author. And then you just have to select a project for that repository under that group(a.k.a team)

No, when I create a repository I click on the plus icon in the first page of the account. I do have my username in fewfgroups but not only these groups are added to the new repository.

If it is OK to share a screenshot of that page I think I can understand how this arranged with the repo. (Only if you are OK to post a screenshot here)

When I open that link, I get the list of users and groups allowed to read/write to the repo. but this is not my question. in fact i'm asking why whenever I create a new repository, the link you mentionned contains the whole groups ?

Actually that's not a normal behavior. I asked you to tell what's in there to see that. And it seems like somehow all your users and groups are linked to new repos you are creating. Did it happened with every new repo you are creating ?
Or is it happened with some new repos only ?

If there is a default groups in your account which will linked with every repo you created will be listed in this link
https://bitbucket.org/account/user/[your username]/groups/
But this just list a group. And the group will be linked with the new repos. Not the each member in it as you said. But I think it is worth to see this link and if there is some default group you don't need then just remove it frpm there and check, does that helps to prevent automatically adding groups to the new repos you are creating.

It shows the groups authorized to work on this repo

Actually I wanted to see that. Because it was not a normal behavior. That's why asked about it more.
Visit this link and see if there are any default groups added.

Any group listed under this link will be automatically have the access to the repos you are creating. Check this link. Are there any default groups in it ?

If there are any groups in this link that is not needed to be added in here remove them.

I opened the link you provided and it does not contain any group. It's empty

And to answer your earlier question, yes this behavior happens whenever we create a new repository.

But actually I'm admin of bitbucket of our company so I think the link you provided can't tell as it points to my username not to the team account I think
