Small tests and bigtests

I dont' want to run all the tests for every commit.  I want to control the tests.  Sometimes, I choose not to run the tests.  Is this possible?

Exactly.  I am looking for help on this.  It is not very useful to run the tests for every commit.  

At the same time, I want to give more importance to a testsuite, in case of a particular commit.

I think if you create the build configuration on the server, rather than based on the yml file, then there will be more configuration control to run the tests.
