Trying to create a webhook in Bitbucket Server (Stash) 3.4.1 so as to integrate it with Jenkins

I want create a webhook in Bitbucket Server (Stash) 3.4.1 version. This is to integrate with Jenkins, i.e., when there is a change in the repos in Bitbucket Server, it should automatically run the job configured in Jenkins. But could not find the Webhook in 3.4.1 version. 

Is there an option for Webhooks in Bitbucket Server 3.4.1 version ?

I f not what can be the alternative for my above requirement.

Bitbucket Server (Stash) 3.4.1 was released almost 6 years ago -https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/stash-3-4-release-notes-776640512.html and is not longer supported. Is there a particular reason you haven't upgraded your instance? Latest release of Bitbucket Server and Data Center is version is 7.4 - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-7-4-release-notes-1013849643.html
