Bonsoir Fred,

Sorry but I still cant seem to find the "Billling" menu. Please bear in mind I currently don't have any Atlassian licence, we are just subscribed to Bitbucket (USD 10/mo).

Do you see Bitbucket when you only check the "licenses" check box?
