Solved: Bitbucket plugin development. User picker on GUI

I am using the atlasian sdk (6.3.10) to develop plugins for bitbucket.

With the default users (admin, user) and an added user, if I try to add a user to reviewers in pull request (or any screen that has a user picker), when I type in a name, no users appear.

Is this a feature of the SDK or have I not set a permission. I can see permisisons at the project and repo level but nothing to do with seeing user listings.

I think what has happened is that the sdk gives a temporary license of a few hours. And *perhaps* I did not create the pull request within that time? Except that then I would have expected it not to allow the pull request creation.

Anyway, running atlas-run again (another few hours of license) now does allow the pull request to be edited and users are listed in the User Picker.
