Turn off e-mail notifications globally

Hi,

We have a TEST environment restored from Production so we don't want any e-mail alerts sent to users. (it consist of production data)

Is there a way to turn the email notifications off from admin panel ? 

So far we just put the phony email server hostname to the mandatory field under 'Mail Server' Tab.

I found the 'Bitbucket Server - Notification' system plugin but don't know what modules to disable there and if it is the right approach.

Any ideas or suggestions ?
