Unable to add an ssh key

Pierre Herman

June 22, 2018

I am trying to add an SSH key in the "Bitbucket settings" and it remains pending witth the wheel turning and never ending.

On the other end, apparently the rights have changed on one of my SSH keys... It used to be read-write and now when I am trying to push it says:

"repository access denied. access via a deployment key is read-only.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists."

It was working like 5 minutes ago

Hi @Pierre Herman,

This has been identified as a bug and has been reported here:

https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/16572

Let us know if the issue details don't match.

You can also follow the conversation in this community question.

The fact that the rights have changed, instead, seems to be a different problem, can you share more details on that? Maybe once you have confirmed that the correct key is set.

Cheers,

Caterina - Atlassian
