What Web Address to use for PYPI Listing?

I made the repo public, according to the Atlassian instructions, and set the repo URL field to my repo URL.  However, when I run the upload procedure, I get an error saying that the address redirects to a login page, and the upload process halts.  Is there a way to retrieve the public-facing version of my public repo so that PYPI can be happy?
