What are hooks and webhooks in bitbucket repo. Can someone explain it with example?

Is hooks in hit and bitbucket are same?

Hi @vivekgupta_hsc,

The Managing webhooks in Bitbucket Server page describes the available hooks for Bitbucket Server (self hosted by you / you company).

 

There are various hooks available, for example you could trigger one when a push is received by a repository or when a pull request is opened.

 

Have a look at the list on the page and let us know which ones you would like to use and I can look into providing some more details and an example.
