Where are the release announcements for Bitbucket Server?

For JIRA and confluence there are release announcements in their respective Confluence Knowledge base.

For Bitbucket Server I can't find any announcements in the Bitbucket Server or Stash KB.

Therefore the generated RSS feed for Bitbucket Server updates is empty.
