Workzone: PullRequest Workflow

Hi

In the app workzone you get the opportunity to sign and approve via the screen Sign and Approve. Here you login in with your username and password before you press Approve.

I have now a question from one of my users:

Is there a way to add cutomized text or a link to a document in this screen to describe what the user is approving?
