create pull request button is grayed out

When I get to the create a pull request, the default approvers is populated, but the Create button remains greyed out. Which is not allowing me to create pull request. I do have admin access.

Hi @tgurukunta

May i know which browser are you using? Can you try this on Chrome?

Also, Make sure there are some differences between the branch and the pull request you want to create, otherwise the create pull request button will be disabled.

I have used both chrome and safari and have changes between the branches. But still I'm not able to create the pull request.
