plugin unit tests are not running on server start.

Hello together

I have written a very simple unit test of a service i wrote. It should run the test everytime i launch the server but somehow it doesn't. I have the unit test in the test folder. But when it starts it says 0 test runs.

How can i enable the testing, what could be the problem?
