Diff panel of pull request includes files which are not in any of the commits included in the request.

We have this problem as well. Bitbucket is not creating diffs like described here anymore. It's back to "triple-dot" diff.

Fixed with Bitbucket 5 or 5.1.

Hmm, that is strange. Can you go to one of those files and check the 'History' dropdown to see the commits associated with it? You might find something you missed earlier, may be a merge conflict or something similar?

Looked at that already but cannot find an obvious conflict. Continuing to look but will appreciate any suggestions.
