unable to setup Bitbucket - can't fulfil your request right now

I am trying to add Bitbucket to my Jira free version, but I got the following issue:

"We can't fulfil your request right now
This product is temporarily unavailable for your site"

How can I address this issue?

Same for me. I got into Jira/Confluence. I want to add my source code.

Is this like a timing thing? or am I too new? How to do other users set this up?
