Hi Boston AUG members! 

I'm not one of the AUG leaders, but I'm a frequent attendee and Atlassian Community Champion. 

Hoping this space helps Boston and New England area Atlassian users connect and share some of the interesting and innovative things they've done with their tools. I'll get that started, check out the video of my Summit Europe 2018 session where I showed how we set up Jira Service Desk to handle our large scale.
