Apps to make the JIRA Admins life easier

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had experience with apps for the JIRA admin. I have seen this one: 

Optimizer for Jira Cloud (appfox.io)

Is that any good? 

We want to to a proper Jira clean-up and get rid of the zoo of workflows, custom fields, roles, screens, etc.
